This is a platform disclosure. It is not a Key Facts Statement, sanction letter or loan agreement, and it does not contain the terms of any individual loan. If an identified regulated lender offers you a loan, the lender’s Key Facts Statement and loan agreement will provide the binding product details.
1. Identity of the platform
UdhaarWala is operated by Udhaarwala Finance Services Private Limited (CIN: U66190DC2026PTC474204). UdhaarWala is a digital loan facilitation platform. It is not a bank, RBI-registered NBFC or direct lender, and it does not hold itself out as one.
2. Identity of the lender
No lender should be inferred from the UdhaarWala name, this website, an eligibility estimate or an application status. Where a lender partnership is active, the regulated lender’s legal name, role and relevant product information should be presented before or when the borrower’s application is sent for consideration. UdhaarWala will not describe an organisation as a lender partner without authorisation.
3. What happens when you apply
- You create a secure applicant account and provide information needed to build an application.
- UdhaarWala saves your progress and may ask for supporting documents such as PAN, identity proof, salary slips and a bank statement.
- Submitting an application means it can be reviewed for completeness and, where an identified lender integration is active, considered by that lender under its own policy.
- The lender may require further KYC, verification, bureau, bank, employment or fraud-prevention checks and may independently approve, reject or alter the request.
- Only a lender’s sanction communication, Key Facts Statement and loan agreement can create a loan obligation.
4. Pricing, charges and Key Facts Statement
Any EMI shown before a lender offer is illustrative only. The lender must provide the applicable annual percentage rate, interest calculation, processing and other charges, instalment schedule, repayment dates, penal charges, prepayment treatment and other key terms in its Key Facts Statement and loan documentation before you accept the loan.
UdhaarWala does not collect a separate platform commission from a borrower for loan approval. Do not pay an unverified person, personal account, UPI ID or link for a “processing”, “activation”, “insurance”, “unlock” or “guaranteed approval” fee. If a lender charges an authorised fee, it should be clearly disclosed by that lender.
5. Data and device permissions
We collect the application information and documents that you choose to submit through the web platform. UdhaarWala does not request access to phone contacts, call logs, SMS messages, photo galleries or social-media accounts in this web experience. Uploaded files should be selected by you from your device only when requested through the official application flow.
Where an identified lender considers an application, information may be shared with that lender and its authorised service providers for the stated purpose. Please read the lender’s privacy notice before accepting a loan. See our Privacy Policy for our platform practices.
6. Disbursal, repayment and recovery
UdhaarWala does not disburse or collect a loan in its own name. A lender’s official loan documents explain how a sanctioned loan will be disbursed and repaid. Do not send repayments to UdhaarWala unless a future lender product expressly and lawfully identifies an authorised channel in its official documentation. Any recovery process is the responsibility of the regulated lender and must be conducted in accordance with applicable law and the lender’s policies.
7. Complaints and escalation
For a platform issue, contact us through the Grievance Redressal process. For a loan-specific issue, contact the lender named in your Key Facts Statement or loan agreement. RBI digital-lending guidance provides that a complaint involving a regulated entity or its lending service provider that is not resolved by the regulated entity within the stipulated period may be escalated through RBI’s Complaint Management System, where applicable.
8. Fraud prevention
Verify the website address and sender before sharing information. We will not ask for your OTP, password, card PIN, CVV or full bank-account credentials through an unsolicited message. We do not promise guaranteed approval. Report suspicious messages, links or payment requests to the relevant lender, the appropriate authorities and our support team.
9. Regulatory reference
This page is designed with reference to the RBI’s Guidelines on Digital Lending. It is an explanatory platform notice only. It does not replace the lender’s regulatory disclosures, any applicable RBI direction or the specific documents that the lender provides for a loan.
